Should you wish to return an item you purchased, please send an email with ‘Return’ in the subject line to email@example.com for instructions.
Returns will be eligible for in store credit (which will be delivered electronically in the form of a unique store code) should they meet the following requirements:
Returns must be received within 14 days of the original postmark date.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in the same condition in which you received.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. This includes paying for shipment for any exchanges.
It is at the discretion of Harper & Sky to deny any returns. If this should occur, you will be notified of the reason for denial.
All accessories and sale items will be final sale. No exceptions.
Exchanges for different sizes will be accommodated based on item and size availability. Should the item or size not be available, a store credit will be issued, as long as the item meets the return policy guidelines.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as the status of the return.
Although Harper & Sky takes every measure possible to ensure that our merchandise is of the highest quality, should you feel your item is damaged or defective in any way, please contact our customer service team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
