Should you wish to return an item you purchased, please send an email with ‘Return’ in the subject line to email@example.com for instructions.
Returns will be eligible for in store credit (which will be delivered electronically in the form of a unique store code) should they meet the following requirements:
Returns must be received within 14 days of the original postmark date, or original purchase date if purchased through a pop up or trunk show.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in the same condition in which you received.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. This includes paying for shipment for any exchanges. If items were purchased through a pop up or trunk show, the customer is responsible for paying applicable shipping fees to send the items back to Harper & Sky.
It is at the discretion of Harper & Sky to deny any returns. If this should occur, you will be notified of the reason for denial.
All accessories and sale items will be final sale. No exceptions. This includes any promotions with discounts 30% or greater, or otherwise stated on the website or social media accounts.
Exchanges for different sizes will be accommodated based on item and size availability. Should the item or size not be available, a store credit will be issued, as long as the item meets the return policy guidelines.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as the status of the return.
Although Harper & Sky takes every measure possible to ensure that our merchandise is of the highest quality, should you feel your item is damaged or defective in any way, please contact our customer service team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, as well as any photos of the damage or defect. Harper & Sky will not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged after they have been worn.
Please keep in mind that items purchased through the Harper & Sky website are eligible for return/exchange should they meet the guidelines outlined above, and need to be sent back to our warehouse address. Items purchased through the website cannot be returned to any brick and mortar locations that carry H&S apparel. The same goes for H&S items purchased at local brick and mortar locations; those items are subject to the return policy outlined at that specific location and cannot be sent back to the H&S warehouse for a return/exchange.
