Healthy Fourth of July Recipe

Independence Day is among us and we can't wait to celebrate our country's birthday with some of our closest friends and family! Fireworks, backyard barbecues, and lots of laughs = the perfect way to celebrate the fourth! But whether you're hosting your own cookout or attending one or many, Erin from All-Inspired Wellness has the perfect festive fruit salsa recipe that will be an instant hit! 

What you'll need:

  • 1/4 of a watermelon 
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced basil leaves

 What you'll do:

  • Finely chop watermelon into pea-sized cubes and place in bowl.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to eat, then serve with tortilla chips (I used the blue corn variety to be extra festive!)
  • Enjoy!
